How to use Kosovo Income Tax Calculator
This Kosovo income tax calculator works out Kosovo income tax on the progressive 0/4/8/10 scale for 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The first €960 a year is tax-free, then 4%, 8% and 10% bands apply. How Kosovo’s 0/4/8/10 income tax works
Kosovo taxes salary on a progressive scale defined monthly: the first €80/month is tax-free, €80–250 at 4%, €250–450 at 8% and over €450 at 10% (annual bands of €960, €3,000 and €5,400). The scale is stable across 2023 to 2026, so the calculator applies the same bands each year.
Pension contribution not modelled here
Employees also pay a mandatory 5% pension contribution, matched by the employer. It is documented but not deducted, so the calculator shows income tax on gross. Kosovo uses the euro. Consult the Tax Administration of Kosovo for exact figures.
