Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025
1. Free Service
ToolsHub provides a collection of free online tools at no cost to users. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features (Pro tier) in the future, but core tools will remain free. Access to the free tier does not require registration or payment.
2. No Warranty
ToolsHub is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify critical outputs (financial calculations, medical estimates, legal documents) independently. Do not rely solely on our tools for decisions with significant consequences.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ToolsHub to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or process illegal content, malware, or material that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to overload, hack, or interfere with our infrastructure
- Scrape or automate requests in a way that degrades service for other users
- Use tools for any purpose that harms others
We reserve the right to block access for violations of these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The ToolsHub name, logo, design, and original content are owned by ToolsHub. Open-source libraries used by our tools retain their respective licences. You retain full ownership of any files or data you process through our tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolsHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior (which, for free users, is $0).
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ToolsHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ToolsHub operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
