vCard QR Code Generator

Turn your contact details into a scannable QR code. Fill in name, phone, email, and company. Anyone scans to save your contact.

Files never leave your browser

Fill in at least a name, phone, or email to generate the QR code.

How to use vCard QR Code Generator

Create a QR code that adds your contact information directly to a phone's address book when scanned — name, phone number, email, company, website, and address all in one tap. Replace traditional business cards with a scannable vCard QR code that never runs out and stays up-to-date with your current information.

  1. Fill in the contact fields: name, phone number, email, company, and website.
  2. Add optional fields like job title, address, or a note.
  3. Preview the QR code — scan it with your phone to verify the contact imports correctly.
  4. Download the QR code as PNG or SVG for business cards or email signatures.
  5. Print it on a business card, add it to your email footer, or display it on screen.

Your data never leaves your device — 100% private processing.

vCard format and compatibility

vCard (VCF — Virtual Contact File) is an open standard (RFC 6350) supported natively by iOS Contacts, Android Contacts, Outlook, Google Contacts, macOS Contacts, and virtually every address book application. A QR code encoding a vCard 3.0 or 4.0 payload allows one-tap import on any smartphone — no app installation required. When scanned, the phone presents a "Add Contact" prompt pre-filled with all encoded fields.

Professional use cases

Business cards with QR codes let contacts scan and save details instantly, eliminating manual data entry. Conference name badges with vCard QR codes allow networking connections to be captured with a single scan. Email signatures with an embedded vCard QR code image let recipients add the sender as a contact directly from their email client. Digital business card apps use the same vCard QR standard, so a printed QR and a digital profile are interchangeable.
